I just finished reading David Goggins’ book Can’t Hurt Me. If you haven’t read it, I definitely recommend it because I thoroughly enjoyed it. Goggins is a retired Navy Seal and at one point, he held the world record for most pull-ups completed in 24-hours (4,030).
What I Liked About The Book:
The book was unbelievably inspiring and proves that people can change their lives.
Goggins used his hardships in life as fuel to become stronger and mastered his mind.
What I Didn’t Like About The Book:
The only thing I didn’t like about the book was that some of the “bragging” seemed to be a little over the top. Aside from that, I don’t have any negative comments to say about the book.
Warning:
There is a good amount of profanity in the book. There is a “clean” version of the book.
Conclusion:
If you’re in a rut in your life or if you’re trying to callous your mind, then this book is worth the read.
This book is a case study in the measure one man took to master his own mind and achieve uncommon levels of excellence.
Great book! I’ve read it a few times. He also posts a lot of good stuff on his Instagram

Thank you for the comment, @sleeroy96. I completely agree! Next year when he does it, I want to attempt the 4x4x48 (4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours) challenge.
