The Green Bay Packers (0-1) fall to the Houston Texans (1-0), 26-7, tonight at Lambeau Field in the preseason opener for both teams.

I thought Jordan Love played well considering it was his first action in a NFL game. Love played the entire first half and went 12-for-17 for 122 yards and a touchdown pass and had a passer rating of 110.4. Love did have a fumble as well.
The strip sack was not on Love. Head Coach Matt LaFluer did indicate that Love got injured on the strip sack, but didn’t go into how serious it might or might not be.
Kurt Benkert played the second half and was 8-for-12 for 88 yards with an interception and a 53.5 passer rating.
Tonight, we met the new special teams, which was the same as the old special teams.
If tonight was any indication on how Joe Barry’s defense will be, well, the Packers will be in trouble.
Devin Funchess had a solid game in his Green Bay debut with six receptions for 70 yards.
Oren Burks I thought played well. He only played the first half, but finished with seven tackles, including a sack.
Here’s a list of Green Bay Packers players that did not play in the game tonight:
