The NFL season came to an end at the beginning of the month, now the XFL has kicked off their season for the first time since their failed venture from 2001.
There are eight teams in the XFL. The teams in the league:
Dallas Renegades
DC Defenders
Houston Roughnecks
Los Angeles Wildcats
New York Guardians
St. Louis Battlehawks
Seattle Dragons
Tampa Bay Vipers
Team 9 (practice squad team)
Will the XFL be better than the Alliance of American Football (AAF)? Will the XFL once again be the proverbial tree falling in the woods that no one hears, so does it make a sound?
I watched about five minutes of a game, and I was fairly bored watching it. I’m going to stick to getting my football fix during the NFL’s offseason by watching the IFL (Indoor Football League), probably because I have rooting interests in one of the teams, the Green Bay Blizzard, and because the IFL isn’t trying to be the NFL.
What is everyone’s thoughts on the XFL?
