Milwaukee Bucks Drop Game 6 to Boston Celtics in Eastern Conference Semifinals

I need ice cream and a hug.

Missed opportunities. That’s going to be the story line all offseason if the Milwaukee Bucks fail to finish the job in Sunday’s Game 7 at TD Garden.

The Milwaukee Bucks earned a 108-95 loss to the Boston Celtics in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals inside Fiserv Forum on Friday night.

I am absolutely sickened by this game. Head Coach Mike Budenholzer deserves 50-to-60 percent of the blame for this loss. It’s coaching malpractice at this point playing George Hill 19 minutes in a playoff game.

Solid stat line for George Hill tonight: 19 minutes, 0 points, 0 assists, 1 rebound and a bunch of points given up on the defensive end.

Our only hope in getting George Hill out of the game was if he fouled out.

I really don’t want to hear about missing Khris Middleton. Yes, Middleton would help. But it wasn’t an issue when you were winning three games, not an excuse when you get run out of your own gym in an elimination game.

Giannis Antetokounmpo did not deserve to lose this game. I can’t say the same about the rest of the Milwaukee Bucks, coaching staff included.

Giannis Antetokounmpo finished with 44 points, 20 rebounds, six assists, two blocks and a steal in 40 minutes. He joined Shaquille O’Neal and Wilt Chamberlain as the only players ever with a 40/20/5 playoff game.

If the Bucks don’t win on Sunday, I’m going to be a 75-year old one day trying to convince the young’ins how great Giannis was and how he was robbed of a chance to win back-to-back NBA Championships because Mike Budenholzer thought it was a good idea to play George Hill.

Free Jevon Carter!

There was a shooting outside the stadium and police wouldn’t let people exit the stadium for a while. One of the police officers told me it was a non-life threatening injury/injuries to the victim(s).

My voice is absolutely cooked from screaming tonight. The factors that my screaming was towards were at Mike Budenholzer and also because of the run after falling down 18 to get us back into it. Just seemed like there wasn’t enough gas left in the tank to get over the hump.

The Boston Celtics fans that made the trip here were running their mouths in the street. I believe in karma. Hopefully it happens on Sunday.
