UW-Milwaukee Beats Rival UW-Green Bay

The UW-Milwaukee Panthers (5-9, 3-2 Horizon) take down I-43 rival the UW-Green Bay Phoenix (2-12, 1-4 Horizon) inside the Resch Center, 63-47!

Even though UWGB is struggling this season, this is a massive win for UWM.

DeAndre Gholston led the Panthers with 16 points on 5-of-11 from the field and grabbed five rebounds in 36 minutes.

Josh Thomas was the only other Panther in double-figures as he scored 13 points on 6-of-9 from the field and grabbed three rebounds in 25 minutes.

Pat Baldwin Jr. only played in 11 minutes tonight before leaving the game with an injury in the second half. Baldwin Jr. finished with two points on just 1-of-2 from the field, missed his lone three-point attempt, grabbed four rebounds and had one assist and a turnover.

Hopefully UW-Milwaukee can carry this two-game winning streak and let it propel them as the season goes along.
