The 2021 Ryder Cup begins this Friday, September 24th and goes through Sunday the 26th. It’s being held in my home state at Whistling Straits Golf Course in Sheboygan County in the Town of Mosel, Wisconsin. If you’re confused of where it is, basically it’s in Sheboygan and the course is right on Lake Michigan.
The opening ceremony is on Thursday on the Golf Channel.
They had practice today and tomorrow, so I went there this morning with a buddy just to check out the course and see some of the pro’s do some practice rounds.
It was really cool to see the course and how it’s setup for the tournament. The setup was very nice and the course was amazing.
Here’s some pictures for you to hopefully enjoy:

We only saw three people practicing, so the practice round is overrated. It was also a little chilly since the course is right on the lake.
If you’ve never been, I’d definitely recommend going to check it all out. You probably will be disappointed if you’re only going to see them get some practice rounds in, but if you go for the experience and to soak it all in, then you’ll have a good time.
I’m excited to watch the Ryder Cup this weekend after checking it all out today!
Will you be watching the Ryder Cup?
