Milwaukee Bucks Get Blown Out By Minnesota Timberwolves in Summer League

The World Champion Milwaukee Bucks (1-2) got destroyed by the Minnesota Timberwolves (3-0), 91-64, inside the Thomas & Mack Center this afternoon in the Vegas Summer League.

Brandon Randolph led Milwaukee with 17 points on 6-of-12 from the field in 24 minutes.

Jordan Nwora had another inefficient game. Nwora scored 11 points in 25 minutes, but was 2-of-13 from the field. To be clear, that is not good! He needs to be able to do more than just shoot and that’s an important next step going forward for him and the franchise.

Mamadi Diakite scored 9 points on 3-of-8 from the field and grabbed 10 rebounds in 25 minutes.

Sandro Mamukelashvili had a rough offense game for the first time in Summer League. He scored 4 points on 1-of-8 from the field, but did grab 6 rebounds, 2 assists and a steal in 25 minutes.

Georgios Kalaitzakis got into a little bit of a groove in the second half and scored 9 points on 3-of-7 from the field and also had 7 assists, 2 steals and a rebound in 17 minutes. Good outing for him.

Former Wisconsin Badger D’Mitrik Trice played 2 minutes for Milwaukee and was 0-for-1 from the field.

In other Milwaukee Bucks news, the franchise did re-sign Thanasis Antetokounmpo.
