Inexcusable Loss For Milwaukee Bucks Against Lowly Golden State Warriors

The Milwaukee Bucks (32-18) gave one away tonight against a not very good Golden State Warriors (24-27) team. The final from San Francisco was 122-121.

The Warriors are a bad team and the Bucks should beat this team every time, with or without Giannis.

The defense was brutal down the stretch and ultimately still had a chance to win them the game in the final seconds, but failed to do so.

Milwaukee took a 116-106 lead after Jrue Holiday hit a 3-pointer with exactly 4:00 remaining in the game and then got outscored 16-5 the rest of the way.

Despite the poor execution on both ends of the court in the final minutes, the Bucks had a 121-120 lead in the final seconds and failed to get a defensive rebound to seal the deal and then committed a foul to give the Kelly Oubre Jr. two free throws, which he made, with 7.7 seconds left.

For a team with championship aspirations, this was a pathetic finish to a game against a bad team.

On the bright side, Jrue Holiday was great. Holiday finished with 29 points on 11-of-18 from the field, 4-of-7 from 3-point range and 3-of-3 at the foul line.
