The Milwaukee Bucks (13-8) dominated the Indiana Pacers (12-10), 130-110, tonight inside the Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee.
The Bucks used a 20-5 run in the second quarter to take control of the game and never looked back, leading by 40 points early in the fourth quarter.
Giannis Antetokounmpo led Milwaukee in scoring with 21 points on 7-of-8 from the field and 7-of-8 at the free throw line.
Bryn Forbes scored 20 points, Bobby Portis added 18, Donte DiVincenzo had a nice bounce back game offensively after a couple rough games, scoring 16 points on 6-of-11 from the field and 4-of-8 from 3-point range. Khris Middleton added 12 points, while Jrue Holiday and Brook Lopez each scored 11 points respectively.
Milwaukee as a team was 48-for-102 (47.1%) from the field, 21-for-48 (43.8%) from 3-point range and 13-of-14 (92.9%) from the free throw line.
The last two games is how we expected the Bucks to play at the beginning of the season.
The Bucks travel to Ohio to play the Cleveland Cavaliers (10-11) inside the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse on Friday (February 5) and Saturday (February 6). Friday’s game will tip-off at 6:30 PM (Central Time).
