Week 6 NFL Rankings

Another weird week in the NFL season in this weird year we call 2020.

The Patriots/Broncos game was moved to Monday Night Football for another MNF double header in Week 5, but Sunday morning that game was postponed, which hurt some fantasy football players.

Dak Prescott had a brutal ankle injury and is out for the season. It was tough to watch that replay multiple times.

The Atlanta Falcons fired head coach Dan Quinn and general manager Thomas Dimitroff after the 0-5 start. Raheem Morris was named the interim head coach. This comes a week after the Houston Texans fired Bill O’Brien after Houston’s 0-4 start, only to name Romeo Crennel the interim head coach.

Then we had the undefeated Tennessee Titans, who went 16 days between games, host the previously undefeated Buffalo Bills on Tuesday Night Football. It was only the second time since 1946 there was a NFL game on a Tuesday. The one previous to last nights game was the Philadelphia Eagles against the Minnesota Vikings which was played on December 28, 2010.

I have to admit, I absolutely loved that there was football last night, especially considering there was nothing else on except for the two Major League Baseball games (which I’m happy the Atlanta Braves and Tampa Bay Rays won).

Here are my NFL rankings:
